Online sign-up

All registration is now online. Sign into class before arriving at the studio using our free HDC App (available on the App Store or Google Play) and/or our website.

1. Sign-in

Sign in on your HDC App or HDC website by hitting “Book Class” at the bottom of the class page.

2. Check-in

Once you’ve signed in, you must check in to confirm your place in the class.

3. Head-in

Once you’re checked in, make your way into the studio with your class.

Things to remember...

When Signing in

  • Booking opens: 1 week before the class date.

  • Booking closes: 10 minutes before the class start time.

When Checking in

During these current times, check in will be at the street door entrance.

*Failure to check in, or cancel 2 hours before class will result in a forfeit of the class, without refund.

Morning classes

Please sign up 2 hours in advance for any of our AM morning classes. These classes may otherwise be cancelled due to a lack of students.

Waitlist

Once the class has reached capacity you will be put on the waitlist. The waitlist has a capacity of 4 people per class. If a spot becomes available either an automated text will be sent (if a current phone number is attached to your account, and you have enabled text notifications) or we will call/email you to confirm your spot. If you do not hear from us, unfortunately a spot did not open up and you will not be charged for class. Classes will automatically be put back onto your HDC account for later use.

Cancelling policy

    Life happens, we understand! On the HDC App go back to the class and hit “Cancel Booking”.
  • Early Cancel Online: more than 2 hours before class time.
  • Your class will be returned to your account and can be used at a later date, up to the original expiration date of the class or package.
  • Late Cancel Online: less than 2 hours before class time.
  • Unfortunately, your spot will be forfeited, and you will be charged for the class.
