REFUND POLICY
INTRO Offer(s)
Intro Offers (3 classes for the price of 2) expire after 1 month from the purchase date. If you have only used 1 class, the value of 1 regular drop-in class can be credited to your account for future use.
No refunds or transfers.
Not valid for Workshops, Guest Teachers, Specialty and Masterclasses.
Intro Offer limited to 1 1-hour, 1.25-hour, and 1.5-hour Intro Offer per person.
CLASS PACKAGES
Please note that Class Packages/Cards are valid for 1 year from the purchase date. (Except Boxing Day Sale cards expire after 3 months).
All passes are non-refundable and non-transferrable.
Class Packages cannot be shared and are non-transferable
Guest Teachers, Specialty and Masterclasses may carry extra charges.
WORKSHOPS
Workshop refund policy: If before the workshop starts, a student is unable to attend, HDC will either refund the amount minus a $25 processing fee or transfer the whole amount to the student's account at HDC.
After the first class, there are no refunds unless there is a medical reason accompanied by a doctor's note. A refund would be subject to the $25 processing fee and classes attended. After a workshop has started, there is no pro-rating of the fees.
Make-up class: In some circumstances, 1 make-up class may be given per workshop session. Students must write "make-up" when signing in to the drop-in class. 1 make-up class request must be made within 1 week from their absence from the class. Email: info@harbourdance.com
Workshop drop-ins: A student may drop in on the first day of the workshop or with the permission of the instructor. The cost is $1 more than a regular drop-in. Class cards can be used +$2. These fees are added to make it fair to students who committed to purchasing the whole series
Summer Intensive
There are no refunds unless accompanied by a doctor's note and will be subject to a $100 cancellation fee.
Cancellation Policy
In order to give our wait-list clients enough time to get to the studio, we need at least 2 hours’ notice before class time.
If your cancellation did not occur within our early cancellation window (2 hours), your account has been charged as if you had attended.

All ticket purchases are final sale—no refunds—so please double-check that you’ve selected the correct show date before completing your purchase.
