STUDIO RENTALS

Rental spaces are available for rehearsals and private lessons only (not for group dance lessons). Rental Rates vary depending on the size of the studio. All rooms have mirrors, barres, CD players, iPod/laptop auxiliary cords, and pianos. Chairs and tables can be available upon request. Studio #4 is also available for Black Box Theatre, which is set up for small performances and filming. Please fill out the Studio Rental Request Form below for booking, availability, and rates.

STUDIO 1

45’ x 42’ Multipurpose room with sprung Marley floor. No outside shoes allowed in this studio.

STUDIO 2

35’ x 45’ Sprung hardwood floor. Ideal for auditions, jazz, hip hop or ballroom.

STUDIO 3

14’ x 26’ Sprung hardwood floor. Ideal for Tap, private sessions, and/or small groups up to 10.

STUDIO 4

41’ x 41’ Multipurpose room with sprung Marley floor. Black Box Theatre set up available.

STUDIO 5

35’ x 75’ Parkay floor. This room can be separated by a sound proof curtain to create 2 spaces.
