HDC Live

HDC Live offers daily live-streamed classes through the Zoom app for you to take anywhere you'd like. Live, move, create, anywhere!


1. Register

Find a class on our HDC Live Schedule on our social media or HDC App under *Livestream*. Then choose the class you wish to take and purchase a single class to register.


2. Zoom

Download Zoom to your mobile or desktop before the class. You do not need to create a Zoom account to join class.


3. E-mail

Check your inbox or junk/spam folder! You will receive an email from FitGrid (approx. 30 mins) before the start of class with a direct link to the class. If no link 15 minutes before class, please email info@harbourdance.com

Rates & Information

• Students must purchase a single Livestream for $10 class to join or a 10 class card for $90. HDC class cards will not be honoured for online classes, but will happily be extended when we are back in the studio!

• Please download Zoom for either your mobile device or desktop prior to the start of your first class. You do not need to create a Zoom login or account to partake in classes.

• Please mute your sound to avoid interrupting the sound from your instructor, you are welcome to have your camera on/off during the class.

• Watch your inbox for your unique class link from FitGrid within 1 hour of the class start time. This link can only be used once, so please do not share with others. *If you do not get a link contact us info@harbourdance.com or 604-684-9542 and we will send you one directly.

• Please enter the Zoom class 10-15 minutes early. An HDC team member will be present to help with any technical difficulties prior to the start of class.


How can I sign up for class?

      You can sign up for HDC LIVE classes on our website or on the HDC app up to 3 days in advance. Simply choose the *Livestream* class you would like to take from our schedule and purchase a single class for $10. You will receive an email confirmation once successfully signed up!

How do I join the class?

    Approximately 60 minutes before the start of class, you will receive an 2nd email with a unique link to the class from FitGrid. Please add hello@fitgrid.com to your contacts or watch your Junk/Spam/Promotions folder. At the start of class, you will be added to the virtual waiting room via Zoom until the class starts. You will be able to see an HDC team member, as well as other members of the class.

Will the teacher be able to see me?

This is up to you! If you would like to be seen by the teacher, you can enable your camera during the class. If you would rather stay off-camera, you are more than welcome to do so.

Can I use classes from my HDC class card purchased previously?

Unfortunately, we will not be able to honour classes from previous class cards for livestream classes. However, we are happy to extend your class cards as soon as the studio reopens. In this time of indefinite closure, the reality of our situation is that we are still faced with many expenditures: rent, insurance, utilities etc. We need to generate new income to prevent closing permanently.

What happens if I cannot make it to class?

Every single class is valid for 1 month. In the event that you are not able to take a class, the class will go back onto your account and can be used towards another live class within 1 month of purchase.
