Crimson Haslehurt

Stretch & Strength

Crimson (she/her) grew up in Vermilion, Alberta where she trained in Ballet, Jazz, Tap, Modern, Contemporary, Hip Hop, Pointe, and Acro. She has completed her ADAPT Intermediate 3 Jazz and Tap exams, also her Cecchetti Intermediate exam in Ballet. Crimson is certified Acro Dance Teachers Association (ADTA) and Jr. Grades Ballet Instructor Canadian Progressions, Sugarfoot Therapy, Progressing Ballet Technique (PBT) and is an NASM Certified Personal Trainer.

Crimson moved to Vancouver to further her dance training at Harbour Dance Centre in the Intensive Training Program under the direction of Moe Brody and the Source Dance Company with Joanne Pesusich, Camp Protege and The Bridge Program with Stacey Tookey and by attending intensives, workshops and classes.

Crimson is enthusiastic about experiencing new opportunities and is always excited to learn. She loves to share new knowledge and ideas with others she works with and seeks new learning opportunities. She encourages her students by providing personalized feedback and looks at each student as a whole. With a strong technical background, Crimson emphasizes the importance of body alignment and positioning.
