RELEASE AND WAIVER OF LIABILITY HARBOUR DANCE CENTRE  

 

I have read the above release and waiver of liability and fully understand its contents. I voluntarily agree to the terms and conditions stated above. I understand that this is NOT REFUNDABLE OR TRANSFERABLE unless acompanied by a Doctor's note.
  • Note: there are absolutely no refunds, unless for medical reasons the student is unable to take class.

    All of the studios have observation windows. We recommend dancers watch a class before participating or come to a drop-in class. We do not offer refunds on our workshops. Students who have registered and paid for the workshop, but withdraw prior to the workshop's start date are entitled to a full refund less an administrative fee of $25.00. If after the first class you are unable to continue the course we may reimburse you minus a $25.00 processing fee or transfer the remainder of your credit towards drop-in classes or another workshop. No refunds will be given after the first week of classes for these workshops. Students may join any of these workshops in the second week, but the workshop fee will not be prorated.
