  • Ballet Workshop Drop-in
  • Drop-in option to the workshop

  • Floor Barre
  • Floor Barre is a ballet barre done on the floor allowing the dancer deeper discovery, and immediate connection to their proper alignment, their deep stability and their correct muscles groups both in parallel and especially in turned out posture.
Marlise trained in floor barre with Zena Romett in NYC and would have never achieved any safe level of high dancing without this education as part of her daily dance training.
As a dance teacher, she researched and further developed her method of teaching this class in collaboration with physiotherapists in Vancouver, Canada.
This is a class where the modern, jazz and classical dancer will feel immediate connection to their proper turn out especially on their supporting leg, which is the leg that bears all the weight and which is the leg (and foot) that lands from jumps.
Marlise has trained, actors, circus artists, singers, and all type of dancers in floor barre.
